Navigate to: menu Operations → Pricing & Rates → Pickup (/transport/pricing/pickup) → Add. Read the general section first.
1. Five Supported Calculation Methods
| # | Calculation Method | Quick Example |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Fixed Price | 15,000đ/pickup |
| 2 | Per KM (customer location → post office) | 5,000đ/km |
| 3 | Per KG | 1,500đ/kg |
| 4 | Per Quantity (items) | 7,000đ/item |
| 5 | Per Volume (m³) | 120,000đ/m³ |
Methods 2–5 have a toggle for Pricing Type: Fixed / Tiered — the 3-tier pricing table is identical to inter-province pricing (see section 3 on page 02a). This tiered pricing approach allows flexible TMS pricing configurations for different distance or weight ranges. Includes minimum charge to avoid losses per trip.

"Add pickup price list" form on portal.
At the bottom of the form are two notable settings: Waiting Fee at Point (free minutes + unit price after free minutes — waiting time is automatically tracked from "arrive at point" to "start service" in the driver app; leave unit price empty = not applied) and Applicable Vehicle Type in "Quick Application Conditions" — assign price list specifically for motorcycles / trucks so the system compares prices by vehicle type.

"Edit pickup price list" form — "Waiting Fee at Point" section and vehicle type application scope.
2. Common Example — Tiered Pickup Fee by KM
| Tier | Price Type | Configuration | Meaning |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 – 3km | Fixed | 15,000 | Nearby urban: flat rate |
| 3 – 10km | Unit Price | 5,000/km | 7km → 35,000đ |
| Above 10km | Base + increment | 50,000 + 4,000 per 1km excess | 14km → 50,000 + 4×4,000 = 66,000đ |
Select the "Tiered KM" sample in the box above — this configuration is pre-set, change the order's km to test each tier.
3. Quick Walkthrough

- Check Default + Active → Save.
- Test: trial order selecting "door pickup" → correct fee added; order "customer brings to post office" → no fee.
