1. Fleet Overview

Fleet → Overview (/fleet): overall fleet status — vehicles running/idle/under maintenance, due date alerts (maintenance, inspection, equipment), monthly costs. Individual vehicle profiles (/fleet/vehicle) were introduced in chapter 01; the sections below manage the operational lifecycle. Effective fleet management requires visibility across all these dimensions.

2. Maintenance — Repairs

Maintenance Schedule (/fleet/maintenance-schedule): set cycles by km or time for each vehicle/vehicle type — the system alerts when due. Repairs / Maintenance (/fleet/maintenance): work orders for each workshop visit — items (by maintenance group/item category), workshop performed, costs, documents. Proper repair maintenance ensures fleet reliability and reduces downtime.

3. Fuel

Fuel Tickets (/fleet/fuel): record each refueling (vehicle, driver, station, liters, unit price, odometer km) — source for fuel consumption reports and anomaly detection (chapter 12).

Fuel ticket — each refueling linked to vehicle, driver, station, and odometer km.

4. Inspection and Equipment

Inspection (/fleet/inspection): inspection deadlines for each vehicle per regulations (inspection regulation directory), alerts before expiration. Regular vehicle inspection keeps your fleet compliant with safety standards. Equipment / IoT (/fleet/device): vehicle tracking devices installed on vehicles — location data source for real-time maps and driving behavior analysis.

5. Other Expenses

Other Expenses (/fleet/vehicle-expenses): expenses outside fuel/maintenance — tolls, parking, fines... — linked to vehicle and expense period. Aggregate all expense sources in the transportation cost analysis report (chapter 12).

Fleet master data group (chapter 10, master data section): vehicle type, vehicle brand, fleet, fuel type, fuel station, device type, inspection regulation/center, repair type, maintenance group & items, workshop/garage — configure before using the above forms.
